I am passionate and experienced at taking groups of individuals and transforming them into high performing teams. Impatience is the death of this process. There is no shortcut. True and sustainable elite culture is founded on trust, vulnerability and shared experiences. This begins and ends with the Leader, the CEO, the Head Coach, the Parent, the Person. We will start from the ground up and build a foundation together that is forged in purpose, core values and heartfelt relationships. You can’t fake it, though many try. This journey will not be easy, but we will create an uncommon, unbreakable culture anchored in love, passion, and trust.

OUTDOOR Retreats

I fiercely believe that we are on this planet to explore, to seek out with great curiosity all of the unknown mystery that is out there. For the spirited soul, life’s impermanence is a gift for us to realize that this day, this breath, this moment, is all we truly have. This mantra is embedded into every conversation we have together.

Our Virtual Journeys are weekly exploratory conversations that take place with a group of diverse individuals over the course of eight weeks. Using Zoom, we mindfully turn the world around us off and purposefully channel our focus to the topic of the week: vulnerability, the balance of challenge and triumph, mental and physical wellness, and much more.

Our retreats are 2 day mountain excursions that are created to traverse this path with other spiritual warriors who are as imperfect, bold and committed to this personal journey as you are. Together we learn to act in love over fear, become an impactful listener and lead from our hearts. You will leave our retreats with a transformed sense of purpose, self-awareness and energy to serve the world.
